One founder, one AI partner
DWA is Matt Michels plus an AI partner, shown on this site as Agent 01. It does research, drafting and QC. Matt builds, decides, answers the phone and approves what goes out. The Agent 01 character is AI-generated artwork, not a photo of a person.
It's built with Claude, an AI system from Anthropic. That's said so you know what's under the hood. It isn't a claim of endorsement or partnership: Anthropic doesn't sponsor, review or approve DWA, and Claude and Anthropic are Anthropic's trademarks.
Where AI is used
- The assistant on this website. It says plainly that it's an AI, not a person.
- Drafting site copy, audits, proposals and replies, for Matt to review.
- Drafting client content such as LinkedIn posts and SEO articles. LinkedIn drafts also get a second AI check for accuracy. Nothing posts under a client's name without that client's approval.
- Checking and testing the work, such as reviewing pages before they launch.
What a human always does
Everything AI drafts is reviewed by a person before it goes out. Contracts, quotes, prices, payments and anything that commits DWA or a client are handled by Matt, never by the AI.
What the AI assistant can't do
- Sign, accept or change contracts, quotes or terms.
- Promise results, rankings, lead counts, timelines or discounts.
- Take payments, handle passwords, or act on a client account without Matt's approval.
- Pretend to be human, or deny being an AI when asked.
If it isn't sure of something, it says so and takes your details so Matt can follow up.
What happens to what you type
Messages you send the assistant go to Anthropic's AI model to generate a reply. If you leave your name and a way to reach you, those details and a short excerpt of what you wrote are saved as a lead for Matt. See the Privacy Policy.
Don't put passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.
If the model changes
If the AI model behind DWA's work changes, this page is updated the same day.
