Missed-Call Text-Back
$49/mo list→$39/mo founding
Not available yetWhen you miss a call, the caller gets one short text from your business so they can reply instead of hanging up. Coming soon.
In plain English
How it works
- Someone calls and you can't pick up.
- Once your number is registered with carriers, they get one text from your business that names it and offers to help.
- When they text back, you hear about it the way you chose.
- After hours, the text can include your 24/7 emergency number.
What you do
- Pick the lines to cover (up to 5), your hours, and the text callers get. Checkboxes on your phone.
- We register your business number with the phone carriers. We do the paperwork; you give us your legal business name, EIN, address and website. It takes about 1–2 weeks.
- Dial one short code from your business phone to turn it on. About a minute. Or Matt walks you through it on a 5-minute call.
- Call your own number and let it ring out to test it.
What you get
- Up to 5 lines per company included.
- One text to each missed caller, once carrier registration is approved.
- Replies sent to you by text or in your Client Hub.
- Texts only go to people who called you first. No marketing blasts.
- Turn it off anytime with one code from your phone.

What you'll see
Not switched on for any client yet. Before any text can go out, phone carriers require your business to be registered for texting. We do the paperwork. You give us your legal business name, EIN, address and website. It takes about 1–2 weeks, then we switch it on. Each text names your business, is sent once per caller, and tells them how to opt out. This is the real first screen of the setup.
Take the Client Hub tour to see every screen you get.

The honest read: If you already run your shop on Jobber, its receptionist books straight into your schedule, and that's a real advantage. If what you need is for every missed caller to hear back before they call the next company, DWA does that for a flat, published $39/mo, with no quote call and no contract to escape.
Competitor prices are what each company publishes on its own site, or what a named review site reported, when we checked in September 2026. Prices change, so follow the source link before you decide.

Questions
Is there a contract?
The website build is a one-time project, not a subscription. Monthly services start on the 1st of the next month, the first month is free, and you're never billed for part of a month. The Growth Plan is month to month with no minimum term, and so are add-ons. Cancel the plan or any add-on any time in your Hub (Plan & billing, then Cancel): it ends at the end of the month you've paid for, and you can undo it until then. If you'd rather pay for 12 months up front, that's 12% off; ask and I'll send an invoice. A plan started under an earlier written proposal keeps the terms in that proposal.
