Opportunity Radar · included with the Growth Plan
Public jobs that fit your work, checked every morning
Every morning the radar reads public permits, bids and board agendas, keeps the ones that match your trade and territory, and scores each for fit. The short list shows up in your Client Hub.
The problem
Public work is posted in a dozen places
Permits, public bids and board agendas each live on their own site, in their own format. Checking them all every morning takes time most owners don't have, so relevant jobs go by unnoticed.
What it does
Read, filter, score, deliver

- Reads public sources daily
Detroit trade permits, Michigan public bids (MITN), public board agendas and contract awards, and local news.
- Keeps what matches you
Your keywords (for example boiler, steam, central plant), your counties and the job sizes you want.
- Scores each item for fit
0 to 100, with the reason it matched. 60 and up makes the list.
- Shows it in your Hub
Each item has the source link, the score and why it matched, in the Radar tab and a daily digest.

In plain terms: out of 305 public records that week, 10 were worth a look for this contractor, and three of them were industrial boiler work. Whether any turns into a job depends on the follow-up. The radar's job is making sure you see them.

Limits, plainly
What it is and isn't
- A lead is a public record, not a warm contact. Nobody has asked for you yet.
- Detroit trade permits are the strongest source so far. Other areas depend on what each city publishes.
- It has run on real public data for a prospective client's territory, but not yet end-to-end for a paying client.
- Always open the source link before acting on an item.

Questions
Common questions
Can I buy Opportunity Radar on its own?
No. It's included with the Growth Plan and not sold separately, so there's no standalone price.
Where do the items come from?
Free public sources: Detroit trade permits, Michigan public bids (MITN), public council and board agendas and contract awards, and local news. Coverage grows with the territories our clients work in.
Are these warm leads?
No. Each item is a public record: a permit, a bid or a board item. It tells you work is happening; it doesn't mean anyone has asked for you. Always check the source link before acting.
Can I change what it looks for?
Yes. Tell us through a request in your Client Hub and we adjust the keywords, counties and job sizes.
