Detroit Web Agent

Recent work

D.J. Conley Associates, Warren, MI

A boiler-room equipment representative and service company in business since the 1970s. We are rebuilding its website.

In progress The preview is built. The new site is not live on djconley.com yet.

The problem

The company sells and services boiler-room equipment, and an emergency call can come at any hour. Its existing website showed the same generic service text on several different pages, so a visitor looking for one service or one equipment line could not find a page that was clearly about it.

What we built

  • A page for each service and each equipment line, instead of the same service text repeated across pages.
  • A call button on every page, and a Call and Quote bar that stays on screen on a phone.
  • A quote form on each service and equipment page, so a request starts from the page the visitor was reading.
  • A 24/7 emergency service banner and a dedicated emergency page.
  • 23 pages in the private preview.

Where it stands

The preview is built and in review with the client. Some company details are still being confirmed with them before the site goes live, so the screenshots above leave out the pages that depend on those details. There are no traffic, call or lead numbers here, because the site is not live. We will publish real results on this page after launch, not before.
